Clinical Auditing and Quality Assurance Unit
The Unit perform the following activities: -
- Develop and monitor implementation of strategic plan for quality improvement;
- Oversee the quality improvement processes and advise accordingly;
- Work with JKCI management and staff to revise/create, standards, processes and procedures that ensure quality improvement and maintenance;
- Monitor and assess the process of service delivery and ensure that it conforms to the National Quality Improvement Manual 2011;
- Coordinate training to staff to promote good quality practices and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and
- Conduct clinical audit to assess the level of compliance on quality standards.
