Human Resource and Administration Directorate
The Directorate perform the following functions,
- To formulate and implement effective human resource policies, plans and strategies and monitor implementation;
- To co-ordinate the implementation of performance and reward management systems;
- To coordinate staff performance setting and appraisal;
- To coordinate training needs assessment and develop plan;
- To oversee implementation of staff training and development plan;
- To manage human resource in accordance with the requirements of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Standing Orders, Labour Laws and Government Circulars issued from time to time;
- To coordinate administrative functions including registry services, transport, security, institute events, reception, customer care, correspondences, meetings, courtesy calls and visits.
