Human Resource and Administration Directorate

The Directorate perform the following functions,

  1. To formulate and implement effective human resource policies, plans and strategies and monitor implementation;
  2. To co-ordinate the implementation of performance and reward management systems;
  3. To coordinate staff performance setting and appraisal;
  4. To coordinate training needs assessment and develop plan; 
  5. To oversee implementation of staff training and development plan;
  6. To manage human resource in accordance with the requirements of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Standing Orders, Labour Laws and Government Circulars issued from time to time;
  7. To coordinate administrative functions including registry services, transport, security, institute events, reception, customer care, correspondences, meetings, courtesy calls and visits.
