This Directorate perform the following functions: -

1. To coordinate development of corporate plan, objectives and goals, targets and strategies and to monitor their implementation;
2. To prepare statutory financial statements in conformity with relevant international accounting standards;
3. To develop financial regulations and accounting manuals in line with the requirements of the Public Finance Act and monitor implementation;
4. To devise and implement strategies of revenue generation and cost cutting;
5. To evaluate investment proposals and advise the best value adding investment avenues.
